What Postage is used?
We send all orders 1st Class with Royal Mail
Are the pranks Anonymous?
Yes, our pranks are completely anonymous. Please gift them in the positive manner they are intended. We know the majority of our amazing customers do this, but remember if you are sending something negative, you are responsible for what you write. Thank you
Can you send the prank to me, so I can deliver it myself?
Yes ... if you contact us with your request, we will let you know what we can do. In the past we've sent the prank with a fake postage label for the Victim, and put it in a postage bag to send discretely to you. That means you can pop it through their door yourself :)
Can I Track my Package?
Unfortunately not, there isn't tracking on Royal Mail 1st Class items. But don't worry, if your prank doesn't arrive, we will send a replacement for you.
Do you Deliver Abroad?
Currently not, but it you get in touch we may be able to sort something out for you :)
What are the Shipping Details for? ... I've already put the Victim's address
We only use the Shipping Details if you are buying items that are sent to You. If you are only buying gifts that go to the Victim, we won't use these details.
